Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy offers a wide range of active treatment techniques and methods, including targeted exercises tailored to your specific diagnosis.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy focuses on the detailed analysis and treatment of complaints originating in the joints, muscles, or nervous system.
Through specific mobilization techniques of the joints and soft tissues, movement restrictions and pain can be relieved.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle decongestive technique that supports the drainage of lymphatic fluid in the body.
It is used, for example, after surgeries, injuries, or in cases of lipedema or lymphedema.
Kinesio Taping
As a supplement to physiotherapy, kinesio tapes support the muscles, joints, and connective tissues.
Breathing Therapy
Breathing therapy aims to improve respiration and strengthen lung function.
It helps reduce shortness of breath, e.g., in post-/long COVID syndrome, asthma, COPD, or after surgery.
Hand Therapy
Hand therapy is a specialized treatment to restore mobility, strength, and function of the hand—for example after injuries, surgery, or in cases of osteoarthritis.
Temporomandibular Joint Therapy / Cranio-Mandibular Dysfunction
For jaw joint complaints, tense or painful facial and chewing muscles, or irritated nerves that often radiate into the neck and shoulder area, targeted manual therapy can provide valuable relief.

Billing and Pricing
I schedule all private treatment sessions 25min and exclusively as
double appointments (2 × 25 minutes) to ensure comprehensive treatment.

The practice prices follow the GebüTh, the German fee schedule for therapists. assessment rate of 2 .
Privately insured patients should check with their health insurance provider in advance whether the costs of my treatment are covered, in order to assess any potential personal contribution.
Please note that changing time, documentation, and hygiene measures are included within the treatment duration.
Billing of Physiotherapy Services
Billing through statutory health insurance is unfortunately not possible. After each treatment series, you will receive a private invoice based on your doctor’s prescription, which you can submit to your private health insurance. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, the full treatment fee will be charged.
